Patricia Dillard, President and CEO of Dillard Environmental Services, has been active in the environmental transportation and services industry since 1983. Patricia is the responsible managing officer (RMO) for the corporation's California A-General Engineering Contractors license and the Hazardous Substances Removal and Remedial Actions Certification. Patricia has been a California resident since 1977 and currently resides in the Sacramento valley with her husband.

Melissa Roach, Vice President and CFO of Dillard Environmental Services, has been active in the environmental transportation and service industry since 1994. Melissa is a graduate of California State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Melissa has been a California resident since 1981 and currently resides in the Bay Area with her husband and their five children.

Chris Mauro, Operations Manager of Dillard Environmental Services, has been active in the environmental transportation and service industry since 2005.  Chris attended California State University, Hayward, working toward his degree in Business Administration.  Chris has been a California resident since 1981 and resides in the Bay Area with his wife and children.

Lisa Zboyovsky, Customer Service Representative of Dillard Environmental Services, has been active in this industry and with our company since 2002.  Lisa attended Chabot College, Hayward, working toward her Associates of Arts degree in Journalism.  Lisa is a native Californian and resides in  East Contra Costa County with her family.
