      As a certified Woman Business Enterprise (WBE), 8A, and State and Federal certified Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), we provide a wide range of comprehensive, integrated waste management service and transportation of various hazardous and non-hazardous solid and liquid wastes.

      The cumulative experience of our staff represents decades of experience in the fields of transportation and environmental management services thoughout California and the Western United States.

     We offer our clients a variety of services including, but not limited to, transportations, hazardous waste packaging, excavation and loading. Our primary objective is to provide our customers with superior cost-effective service regardless of the scope or size of the project. 

Patricia Dillard

Patricia Dillard, Co-founder of Dillard Environmental Services, since 1983 & CEO, President- Patricia was raised in the mid western United States and has spent most of her life traveling the US and Europe.  Patricia and her late husband, Donald Dillard, started the firm with just a handful of trucks and she took the company into other business segments some of which survive today.  She has almost 40 years of experience managing trucking and transportation services. Patricia is semi-retired and resides in Northern California.

Melissa Roach

Melissa Roach - CFO & Vice President (since 1994) - Melissa was raised in part on the East Coast and has spent the last 35 years in California where she raised 5 children.  Melissa is a graduate of CSU Hayward with a BS degree in Accounting and has been in the industry since 1994 managing the financial and operational divisions of the company.  Melissa currently resides in Northern California with her husband.
