REMOVAL & DISPOSAL
Since the early 2000's, Dillard has been assisting the State, generators, and miscellaneous utility firms with proper disposal using the State's Assembly Bill 332. Using our large inventory of 20Y and 40Y bins, we are able to handle most TWW projects and properly dispose of all treated wood waste.
**On August 31, 2021, Governor Newsom signed Assembly Bill 332 and the bill takes effect immediately. AB332 adopts new Alternative Management Standards (AMS) for treated wood waste that are codified in Health and Safety Code section 25230. As a result of the chaptering of the bill, all treated wood waste variances issued by DTSC since March 2021 are now inoperative and have no further effect.
We have been handling the State's maintenance division for 20+ years properly disposing of tires.
Since 1983 Dillard has offered van services for hazardous and non hazardous wastes from the western united states to the mid west and back toward the west coast. All waste types other than Class 1 (except for 1.4), and Class 7 are safely transported to offsite disposal and recycling facilities for a wide range of large disposal facilities and generators.
